Users will typically subscribe to one or more memberships (this can be individuals or companies from different sizes), there should therefore be page(s) [user areas], which are configured according to user subscriptions and downloads, so when they LOG-IN this should give them access to that area – I am calling it SAFETY GENIUS HUB (SG-HUB).
Every user will have different requirements, and their ‘USER AREA’ on the ‘SG-HUB’ should have the following capabilities:
- Contain a basic folder structure for each Subscription which I will pre-populate with documents and templates
- Recognise and update User Area with new documents, services and products that has been purchased
- Allow a Safety Genius Administrator to communicate to Users e.g. when ‘Bespoke Documents and Templates’ are purchased this will require Safety Genius input and have to be signed-off by the Users – similar to the project management tool you advertise on your website.
